Innovative Concrete Patterns and Textures for Professional Precasters
As innovators in this space, we know exactly what you need to create the architectural designs of your projects. Sometimes that means creating what didn't exist before to solve a potential problem in manufacturing or shipment.

Decorative concrete walls with concrete patterns and concrete textures — off-site precision, on-site perfection.
Off site precast concrete allows more creativity in concrete design. Complex texture, patterns, shapes, and even colors can be created with ease.
Nothing will interfere with the quality of the finished product. Not weather, not equipment, not even harmonic resonance of shaker tables!
With no schedule headaches waiting for a concrete pour, your project can complete on time and within budget.
A precaster client reached out to us to troubleshoot a geometric wavy pattern that was appearing in the surface of their concrete panels that were intended to be smooth. Our engineering team put their heads together to figure out why our smooth formliners were producing a pattern in the concrete panel.
The precaster was first using hydraulic hand mixing vibrators and then their vibrating shakers under the casting tables to reduce bubbles in the concrete.
It turns out the order in which they used the vibrating shaker and hand mixers mattered. The harmonic resonance of the table shaker caused the aggregate in the concrete to arrange in a pattern that showed on the surface of the panel. By changing the sequence of the vibration steps, it removed the unwanted pattern and produced the smooth surface they wanted.
By changing the sequence of the vibration steps, it removed the unwanted pattern and produced the smooth surface they wanted — a perfect example of what decades of hands-on experience delivers.
Harmonic resonance from shaker tables caused aggregate to arrange in an unintended pattern on smooth panel surfaces.
Resequencing the hand vibrator and shaker table steps eliminated the resonance pattern entirely.
The client achieved the intended smooth surface finish without any changes to materials or equipment — just process knowledge.
