474,000+ square feet of logistics infrastructure near Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport — where tight panel-lifting zones, dual-side recesses, and 45-foot panels meet crisp Wyoming Flute detailing.
Located near Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, Pecos Center is a strategic three-building logistics campus totaling over 474,000 sq ft — built with scale, speed, and genuine architectural intent. The project features high clear heights, recessed detailing, and smart office allocations for today's fast-moving industrial tenants. Spec Formliners supplied 600 sheets of our #1723 Wyoming Flute pattern across the front elevations, bringing movement, contrast, and crisp architectural edges to each facade even within compressed site conditions and tight panel-lifting zones. This was not your average tilt-up — dual-side recesses, engineered bars, high-PSI panels, and temp legs made execution demanding at every level.
"This project isn't just about concrete — it's about community growth, job creation, and a stronger future for Southeast Mesa."
From large-scale logistics campuses to community landmarks — we engineer the formliner to match your vision, your specs, and your schedule.
