I-15 Tropicana
Design-Build

The I-15 Tropicana Design-Build Project is a $305 million critical rebuild of one of Nevada's busiest interchanges — the primary gateway for over 300,000 holiday motorists and visitors to Allegiant Stadium. Led by the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) and general contractor Kiewit, the project replaced the aging 1960s-era interchange with a massive three-level diamond configuration. Spec Formliners provided Urethane MSE Liners featuring our Colorado Drag pattern — a controlled directional texture bold enough to read at highway speeds yet restrained enough to hold visual consistency across miles of repeated wall pours in a harsh desert environment.

"Projects of this magnitude remind us that texture is more than just a design choice — it's a durability and constructability decision built to live with the city for decades."
