- Back to base Recycled formliners are collected and sent to a certified plastic processor.
- Breakdown process The plastic is sorted, cleaned, and then melted down into raw plastic pellets.
- Rebirth as sheet stock These pellets are reformed into fresh plastic sheets, the exact sheets we use every day to manufacture new Spec Formliners. Even during our own production, we collect every plastic trimming and send it back to our supplier to be reprocessed, ensuring zero scrap goes to waste.
