Two industrial landmark projects in Washington State — where clean design, tight timelines, and precision texture define the modern build.
At Spec Formliners, we believe industrial facilities don't have to sacrifice architectural aesthetics for functionality. The Hidden Glen project is a prime example — a state-of-the-art, 284,000-square-foot facility with 36-foot clear heights, designed to serve as a premier benchmark for regional development in the Pacific Northwest. Developed by Panattoni and led by general contractor Redfern alongside concrete contractor Cornice Construction, the project required a solution that was highly reliable and efficient to install through difficult winter weather conditions. We supplied Pattern #5773 Kings Flute — a sharp, clean ribbed texture that introduces crisp linear verticality at building scale, breaking up the massive wall panels with a sophisticated modern rhythm.
"Success on a high-volume job site like Hidden Glen comes down to durability and detail — the Kings Flute texture ensured this logistics center stands out as a striking, modern addition to the Vancouver industrial market."
Heading slightly east to Camas, WA — where rapid execution meets high-quality design. This 187,106-square-foot facility with 32-foot clear heights, also developed by Panattoni, required dynamic textures to give the exterior walls distinct character. The project originally had competing formliner patterns specified, and Spec Formliners won the job by leveraging our fast plastic lead times and rapid shipping straight out of our California plant. We supplied a strategic combination of two textures — 290 sheets of Pattern #1301 Slump Block and 224 sheets of Pattern #5554A Coastal Fieldstone — creating a compelling visual contrast that elevates the standard industrial facade into a modern architectural standout.
"Projects like Camas Meadows remind us that efficiency and aesthetics can go hand-in-hand — being responsive and reliable for our clients is the foundation of a successful build."
Whether it's a large-scale industrial build, a DOT sound wall, or a community landmark — we engineer the formliner to match your vision and your timeline.
