Location: Mesa, AZ

Total Square Footage: 474,000+ SF

Buildings: 3-building logistics campus

Located near Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, Pecos Center isn’t just one building – it’s a strategic, 3-building logistics campus totaling over 474,000 sq. ft. Built with scale, speed, and architectural intent, the project features high clear heights, recessed detailing, and smart office allocations for today’s fast-moving industrial tenants.

Formliner Details:

Pattern Used: #1723 Wyoming Flute

Total Sheets: 600 sheets

Application: Front elevations

Architect: Butler Design Group

General Contractor: Willmeng Construction

Sales Executive: Mike Castillo

#1723 Wyoming Flute Pattern: Our fluted panels brought movement, contrast, and crisp architectural edges to each façade, even within the project’s compressed site and tight panel-lifting zones.

The largest structure spans 224,566 sq. ft. with 28 dock doors and 3,000 sq. ft. of office space. The two additional buildings measure 141,117 and 108,626 sq. ft., each tailored for flexibility with generous dock counts and office space. Each building was designed with unique panel challenges – dual-side recesses, tight lifting clearances, and added structural reinforcement like engineered bars and high-PSI panels with temp legs. Translation: not your average tilt-up.

Community Impact

This project isn’t just about concrete – it’s about community growth, job creation, and a stronger future for Southeast Mesa. As City Council member Scott Sommers put it, this is a “net importer of jobs”—and Pecos Center is now a cornerstone in that mission.
